Tutors Hub is a Namibian online system that provides an innovative learning platform for tutors and academic institutions to list their tutoring services across the country.  The system is equipped with a user-friendly interface and a highly powerful user experience design that uses the latest artificial intelligence technology to auto-match students’ requirements to the tutors’ listing and qualifications. The system’s main aim is to successfully help connect thousands of students with top qualified, expert tutors online, on-demand from beginner to advanced, up to 24 hours a day across the country.

 

  1. The system users are both the students who require tutoring and/or mentorship assistance, and the various individuals such as undergraduates, teachers, professors, PhD candidates and industry professionals or academic Institutions who offer tutoring/mentorship services.

 

  1. The Tutors Hub’ website helps users seeking tutoring and mentorship services ("Students") and users seeking to provide tutoring services ("Tutors"), and to any other entity like "Institutes" on whose behalf users accept these terms.

 

  1. The term "You" or "User(s)" shall refer to students, tutors or any person or entity (Institutes) who views, uses, accesses, browses or submits any content or material to the Site.

 

  1. Where you communicate on behalf of a company/organization, you agree that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

 

  1. The terms are effective upon acceptance and govern the relationship between you and us including the provision of any of the services on our mobile applications and other services.

 

  1. In the event the Terms conflict with any other document/policy/content on our Site, the Terms will prevail over them, for the purposes of usage of the Site.

 

  1. Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the Terms will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement.

 

  1. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, the Privacy Policy and safety tips, you may not use our Site in any way and should exit immediately.

  1. Dispute = a claim by either a student, tutor or Institution that either the service provided falls below Tutors Hub’ standards and / or the standards of a complainant.
  2. Content = All the information of whatever kind (including information, service provider listings, profiles, reviews), published, stored or sent on or in connection with our Website.
  3. Lesson = Unless otherwise specified, it is a one-to-one tuition lesson between a Student and a Tutor, including both in-person and online sessions.
  4. Student = a user who has registered a student account on the Website. The Student must be at least 13 years old. Where such student is under 13 years old, s/he should be under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian.
  5. Tutor = a user who has registered a tutor account on the Website with the aim of providing tutoring and mentorship services.
  6. User = a person who uses our Website (whether or not they have registered an account with us).
  7. Website = the website on the domain http://www.tutorshub.biz/  (including any mobile applications, and all services).
